Configuring Tenant Feature Flags

Enable or disable individual modules for a school based on their plan

Available for:SUPER ADMIN

Open the Features Section

On the tenant detail page, scroll to the "Features" card.

Apply Plan Defaults

Click "Apply Plan Defaults" to auto-configure features according to the tenant's subscription plan.

Pro Tips:

  • • FREE: basic student, staff, and attendance only
  • • STARTER: adds fee management and reports
  • • PROFESSIONAL: adds library, website, portals, analytics
  • • ENTERPRISE: full feature set including transport and audit logs

Fine-Tune Individual Features

Toggle individual features on or off. Features with dependencies auto-enable those dependencies.

Pro Tips:

  • • Features blocked by plan are shown greyed out and cannot be forced on below the required plan
  • • Dependency chains are automatically resolved — enabling "Report Cards" also enables "Exam & Marks"

Save

Click "Save Features". Changes take effect immediately for all users of that tenant.

  • • Disabling a feature hides its menu item and blocks API access for that tenant
