Import multiple staff records at once using an Excel template
Navigate to Staff > Import Staff from the sidebar.

Click "Download Template" to get the Excel file with required column headers.

Enter each staff member's details: name, email, phone, role, department, joining date, etc.

Upload the filled Excel file. The system validates each row and shows errors.

Review the preview and click "Import" to create all staff accounts.
