Can I try Esparks Edu before purchasing?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in the Professional plan. No credit card required to start your trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, net banking, UPI, and bank transfers. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may have custom setup fees depending on specific requirements and integrations.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancellation in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF). We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate, after which it's permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Get 2 months free when you choose annual billing instead of monthly. That's a 16.67% discount on all plans.
Is training included?
All plans include online documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge base access. Professional plans get email training support. Enterprise plans receive personalized onboarding sessions and custom training for your team.
What about data security?
We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS 256-bit), regular automated backups, and comply with data protection regulations. All data is stored in secure, ISO 27001 certified data centers with redundancy.
Can I add more users or students?
Yes! Starter and Professional plans have student limits, but you can upgrade anytime. Admin users can be added beyond the included limit at ₹500/user/month.
Do you provide support in my local language?
We provide support in English, Hindi, and other regional languages. Professional and Enterprise plans get priority support in your preferred language.
